Mr. Martin is a Professional Land Surveyor with over twenty years of experience in directing and performing all aspects of land development including planning, engineering and surveying. Responsibilities have included management and coordination of projects ranging in size from one to 500 acres. Mr. Martin manages the Bay Engineering office, which specializes in land development engineering/planning and surveying.   He has provided site-surveying & engineering services for numerous residential, retail, commercial, and institutional projects of various size and scope.

Terry L. Schuman, P.E., Vice President

Mr. Schuman is a Professional Engineer for Bay Engineering, Inc. with over twenty-six years of experience in civil engineering.  He has provided site engineering services for numerous residential, commercial and institutional projects of various size and scope.  Mr. Schuman has expertise in the design of storm drains, stormwater management systems, roadways, utilities, site grading, and floodplain studies.
